Is this item in stock ?

If it is not marked "out of stock" and you can add the quantity you want to your cart then, yes, we have it in stock. Savymommy.com inventory is always updated and synchronized with the stock that we have in our warehouse.

You can register to be notified if you see an out of stock item, just scroll down to the bottom of the page and enter your email address.
I paid and sent my payment notice hours ago, why haven't I gotten a response yet ?

We respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. We prioritize payment confirmations and most get a response within 24 hours. If you fail to hear back from us after 48 hours, please check your SPAM folder, or resend your email.

Things at home may reach toxic-levels at times but our service commitment is to respond to orders within 24 to 48 hours =)

I was able to purchase / check out an item but now it is out of stock, how did that happen ?

All the items in your order were in stock at the time that you checked your order out but someone may have paid for their orders before you did.

Since we have no way of telling when an order will be paid for, or if the client has decided to abandon her order, we have adopted a first-to-pay, first-served policy to be fair to all clients.

Rest assured that this rarely happens especially if you send us your payment details promptly after check out. However, on exceptions, clients who have already paid for out-of-stock items may choose from the following options:
- secure an advanced order from our next shipment (we will provide an ETA)
- exchange with another item or store credit
- get a refund
I already made my deposit and sent you the payment information, when will my order ship ?

We ship the next business day after we confirm payments. Transit time is 1-3 days depending on your location. For example:
Day 1: payment confirmed
Day 2: shipment will be dispatched
Day 3-4: transit time **
Day 5: delivery date

** Most deliveries within Metro Manila get delivered by Day 3 but since we do not have any control over delivery schedules, please contact MyJamExpress directly as most delivery issues encountered by them require some input from you (i.e. more details or descriptions of your address, landmarks, etc).

We encourage you to send in your payment notices as soon as you can to ensure faster shipment processing.
I entered my waybill# in MyJamExpress' tracking page, it says DELIVERED but I have not gotten it yet. Is my package lost ?

Not necessarily. We are not privy to our shipping partner’s internal processes but based on our experience, packages marked "DELIVERED" could mean one of the following:
- package has already been delivered to your address or LBC (for provincial clients)
- package is out with the rider and will be delivered to your address today
- delivery has already been attempted but an exception occurred (i.e. couldn't find your address or nobody was home to receive your package,...). In cases like this, they will reattempt delivery the following day.
